At Amapolas Moras, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please read our policies carefully below.

 

📦 Item Returns

All items are eligible for return within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

 

Item Conditions: The item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered: unworn, unaltered, and with the original tags removed or altered.

 

Shipping Costs (If not in person): If the customer cannot bring the item to our location in person, they will be responsible for the full return shipping cost. Once the product has been received and verified, a refund will be issued.

 

🔄 Exchanges (Size or Material)

We accept exchanges of size or material, subject to stock availability.

 

Coordination: To arrange an exchange, please contact us in advance via WhatsApp or email so we can coordinate availability and details of the process.

 

Shipping Costs: The customer must always assume any additional shipping costs incurred for the exchange (both the return shipping of the original product and the shipping of the new product).

 

Conditions: As with returns, the item to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its tags intact.

 

⚠️ Returns or Refunds for Faults/Breakage

If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or breakage:

 

Deadline: You must notify us of the problem within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

 

Coordination: Please contact us via WhatsApp or email so we can evaluate your specific case. We may request photos or videos of the issue.

 

Resolution: Once analyzed, we will coordinate the return of the item and a full refund or the shipment of a replacement product, as appropriate.
